Caremiles reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of Green Checkout after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Caremiles Inc. owns all intellectual property rights related to Green Checkout. By using the service, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Green Checkout for your business. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any part of the service without our prior written permission.
Green Checkout may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the third party.
Caremiles Inc. collects US$2.50 per tree processed through the Green Checkout platform. Of this amount, Caremiles Inc. donates US$2.00 per tree to Conservation International, and keeps an additional standard charge of US$.50 per tree to cover processing fees, for a total of US$2.50 per tree. This processing fee ensures transparency and proper reporting by Caremiles Inc.

Green Checkout is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Caremiles does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You acknowledge that your use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caremiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of Green Checkout or your violation of these terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caremiles, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms or your use of Green Checkout.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
Partners can manage their campaigns through our self-help portal at hub@caremiles.app. This portal allows you to create, run, and track your campaigns efficiently.
